"I was a customer of State Farm for 14 years. I had nothing but positive experiences with State Farm until it was acquired by Trevor Rowley agency. My rates increased monthly; after speaking with an insurance agent multiple times and decreasing the amount of coverage I had my bill continued to increase. After multiple phone calls I was reassured, my bill would not increase, but it did. I decided to cancel my insurance through State Farm and found better coverage and better rates with another company. Upon cancelling my insurance, the sales agent did not care, after 14 years you would have thought there would be some customer loyalty and an incentive to try to keep a customer but there was not. After being told I would not be charged anymore, I was charged again, and the same sales agent couldn’t give me a time frame when my money would be reimbursed back to me. I was told “keep waiting”. A disappointing experience overall and I would not recommend State Farm and especially this specific agency."

"I thought my cheapest insurance option was with Geico for almost $800 but that was when I came across Trevor’s office at State Farm. They beat that price and quoted me less than a third of what I thought I was going to be paying. Bryant was very helpful and listened to all my concerns when Trevor couldn’t personally reach out and gave me quick answers and even called me back to provide more answers on top of what I was inquiring about. I haven’t had the best of an experiences at another State Farm office previously but this office isn’t like the others. I know they all have the same goal working for State Farm but this office operates different! Efficient, friendly and fast! 10/10"

"Been with this state farm office since I started driving 16 years ago, always had good pain free experiences which hasn't changed since the change in agents. My most recent experience was with Bryant quoting and purchasing homeowners on my first house. Bryant was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, promptly getting me everything I needed for the bank. It's the local agents that make the company, I have had my issues with corporate but it's the local agents that brought me back and why I continue to do business with state farm."
